Closest Point Weight Mirror
I don't use an identifier for center bones
If you don't use an identifier for center-sided bones, you can leave that field empty.
If you would like to always leave that field empty, you can set its default value as you would any other defaults for this add-on using the instructions in "I want to edit the default values of the side patterns. How can I do that?"
I want to edit the default values of the side patterns. How can I do that?
I made the default values for the side patterns public global variables in the python file.
Open up the file and change the values under "Public Global Variables".
- DEFAULT_LEFT_PATTERN
- DEFAULT_RIGHT_PATTERN
- DEFAULT_CENTER_PATTERN
- DEFAULT_CENTER_BLEND_WIDTH
- DEFAULT_MIRROR_PLANE_INDEX
- DEFAULT_MIRROR_DIRECTION_INDEX
Reinstall the add-on after editing.
How will this edit my existing weights?
The only mesh-level weight operations this tool runs is a "Clean" with a minimum weight value of 0.0
