How to import Objects:

For Blender 2.8x
- in your scene go to File/Append
- select the blend file handrail_all_02.blend
- select the Collection Folder
- choose between handrail_2k and handrail_4k

For Blender 2.79
- in your scene go to File/Append (Shift F1)
- select handrail_2k.blend or handrail_4k.blend
- select "handrail" in Object
