First two layers contain the full grouped sets of chess and checkers with highest LODs. Pieces are also parented to their respective boards. To clear parenting, select all pieces and/or select a piece > Shift+G (siblings) > ALT+P (clear parent) Bottom layers contain from left to right highest to lowest LODs of each piece. Last one contains special collision models for the chess pieces. Both full setup boards can be apended to a new Blend file as groups: File > Apend > ChessCheckers.blend > Groups Each material features one color node (for pieces) or two colors (for board checkers) to control its tint. With the board or piece selected, open the node editor and you will find the color nodes right away.
