This is a building under construction that you can personalize just by simply tweaking parameters inside the modifiers tab.

Determine the height, the length, the width of the building...

... then play with the other available parameters to create your own construction site.

Finally, if you want, you can convert the geometry node based building to a mesh (as explained in the documentation page).

The scale of the scaffolding is 1:3. If you want it real world scale just resize it by a factor of 3.
