requirements:
- install pyside2 through pip (do not distribute pyside directly with your addon) to your modules folder
- move bqt to the modules folder of your addon so it can be imported
- initialise bqt on startup, either with your own startup manager, or the included on.
this can be done by putting the included startup folder

You are free to redistribute these files in payed and free addons, as long as the license is included too, and follows all blender license requirements.
