  Hello Alex, first of all, we would like to say that if you have paid the subscription, let us know about the refund. We will refund your money for the subscription, including the previous period when assets could not be downloaded. Email us at admin@blenderkit.com for a refund and we will be more than happy to do so. BlenderKit is and will always live on the money from customers who are satisfied.

  We would also like to comment on the non-functionality of the add-on. We have only one attempt and we only see your first name / nickname here, but unless it is a name match, we exchanged 26 emails together a month ago in support. The problem we have identified with you is the blocking of your connection by your ISP (possibly caused by government censorship). This is a problem for a number of users from Kazakhstan, who are advised by us to contact their ISP or change ISP or VPN as a solution to the censorship of the service. Many of the users then continue to use our service happily. But the truth is simple: the problem is that someone is interfering with what you can and cannot search, download, send, see on the Internet.

  As much as we deeply regret this situation, the mere censorship of Internet connections by ISPs or the state is not a problem on our side that we can solve. Of course, we wish all the people of the world, among other things, a democratic regime, fair ISPs, availability of information and freedom of speech, but unfortunately it is not in our power to change the whole world.

  As part of our communication, I sent you a custom experimental debug build of the add-on, which I worked on for two working days, but you never replied. But that’s life in support sometimes. Anyway, I can see in the records that you have the Free plan, but if you happen to have the Full Plan under a different email, please write us for a refund.

  If the above described case is the result of a name match and you have a different problem, we would be glad if you write to us at admin@blenderkit.com not only for a refund, but also with a description of the problem. We will be happy to look at the description and error logs and try to fix the problem as soon as possible. We release BlenderKit add-on several times a year with a simple goal - to deliver not only new features, but also to keep up with the evolving Blender API and fix bugs.
