  Better FBX Importer & Exporter by Mesh Online is detected as SEVERE level TROJAN "ZkarletFlash" by windows defender!!!

  Is there a malicious file bundled with this addon zip file or is the threat a "normal"/common file of the addon???

  I can't believe I just paid for a TROJAN virus.
  I want a refund right now, this is a scandal!

  Would love more transparency about the fact that these are "snapshots". I wouldn't expect support for the asset packs, but for lots of addons, the fact that these are going to be orphaned on 4.1, shortly before 4.2 LTS drops, is really unfortunate.

  As a "trial" for addons, $30 is a fair price for a charity bundle, but it should be VERY clear that is what you're getting.

  While for a long-term pipeline fix, this is not the one to get, but to try out expensive add-ons this is ideal, for $30 you get to see if these will work for you, even though you do not get the updates, what you do get is reusable assets and tons of tutorials for a myriad of how-tos!

  They really should've been upfront about the fact that you are not getting individual assets, but rather just a current version of the assets mentioned and because of that there is no upgrade path. Do not recommend building your pipeline around it unless you want to buy the assets again directly.

  It should be upfront on the page that this is not purchasing the individual products and is instead purchasing selected versions of each. I would not have purchased this bundle had I known I wouldn't get software updates for the addons. It's misleading that that the page links to the individual asset, since that is not what you are purchasing. Doing a price comparison to the linked product pages makes it appear to be an amazing deal, but in reality the value of it is only worth the price of the selected version of the product.

  It's definitely a good bundle for those obtaining these on a tight budget, I'm not begrudging that at all.

  However, it's a pretty big kick in the teeth to those of us who have purchased many of these items previously at full price (I own almost all of the productivity plugins included here, some bought within the last year or so (Faceit, UV-Flow, Action Commander, Scattershot, UVpackmaster3 etc).

  I have no problems supporting devs at full price, but bundles like this make me second guess if I should bother spending on expensive plugins in future.

  At least the included tutorials still make this a worthy purchase, so still value for money.

  It looks like as if you get just a "snapshot"-version. On YouTube comments already pointed out that one isn't able to update and what zjf0123 seems to second that with an example. Because the asset I've checked also doesn't say that I own them. And based on the demo-giveaway-show of the 10th anniversary I really have doubts that we will receive any updates here. But that would be important. I don't want to build my workflow on those and later on I have to decide: Do I update blender and break my workflow or do I want to stick to blender version X to keep everything running.

  So right know I don't even dare to touch those assets.

  Blender Market now litterly achieved it that I so far have regret any visit of them in past. If it really turns out that those assets are non-updateable it was the last time I came here. (I anyway only have bought one asset years ago which I haven't used since ages and completely forgot about).

  There are a lot of useful assets in this bundle, and the price is good.
  However, I prefer to buy a bundle and get individual assets instead of packaging all the assets into one package.

  Every time I want to use it, it takes me a minute or two to find the one I need in a whole page of dense text. It wasn't long, but it was really annoying.

  If I open the page of a separate asset in the bundle (better fbx importer, for example), it will not show whether I have made a purchase or not. So I have a reasonable doubt: Can the assets in these packages be updated like common purchase?
