A private house with a big garden and a parking space, abandoned for very long time, Dirty and ruined. Exterior and a part of interior are accessable. Optimized for BGE, All parts of the model are with mesh-collision, A basic first-person camera control is also included. All textures baked with Cycles render and are included, Package includes also a versionĀ of Color-only textures, not shaded, Allowing one to change lighting setup and re-bake texture shading. Consist of 14 seperated meshes, each with its own material and texture, so it can easily be exported to other game engines such as Unity or CryEngine. Exports were tested on .DAE, .OBJ and .FBX. Formats, then imported to various 3D platforms such as Sketchup, DAZstudio4, Bryce Pro 7, xNormal and goDot game engine, model was imported and displayed flawlessly. All faces are triangulated - 7846 tris for the entire model. The "Ghost town" series is focusing on a deserted locations, abandoned ruined houses, grungy and dirty. The concept is to create a highly detailed, as realistic as possible, game environment for Blender Game Engine.
