  Those saying that it doesn't work in 3.0 > I believe are incorrect. The problem is that you don't install it like every other Blender plugin. You can't just install the entire ZIP file. You need to unzip it then install the actual python script, not the zip file.

  It Works!!..DOWNLOAD>>AE2BLEND_1_3_1.zip>>extract file zip>>import addon AE2Blend_2_8.py..and you are ready!!

  I only see bad reviews, but in fact you shouldn't install the zip file, but extract the AE2BLEND_2_8.py file from the 1.3 zip file and import it into the blender addons.

  It worked for the one time I tried to use it as a proof of concept. Now that I'm on 3.5 and a year later, it's not supported and useless. I've installed 2.70, 2.79, 2.80, and working on 3.0, but still no luck so far. Really disappointed.
