The handles are parented logically, so you can move them with ease. The parenting makes it possible to swap/change/move or delete different parts of the handles for customization. The handle also work, so you can animate them easier:

How to add them to your scene:

Append them or just open the Blend file and Ctrl + C then Ctrl + V any of the handles to your scene. In newer Blender versions you can add them to the asset manager too.
