Transform Your Texture Baking Workflow with TextureBaker 1.0!

Elevate your texture workflow in Blender with the TextureBaker add-on. Designed to streamline and simplify your texture baking process, this powerful tool offers unmatched convenience and efficiency, making it a must-have for both amateur and professional 3D artists.

Extremely simple, yet extremely powerful!

Key Features:

Automated UDIM detection and handling: Seamlessly bake textures for complex models with multiple UV tiles. The Texture Baker add-on intelligently handles UDIM workflows, ensuring each tile is baked accurately and efficiently.

Bake Multiple Textures: Save time and effort by baking multiple texture maps simultaneously on all selected objects, including Base Color, Metallic, Roughness, Normal, Bump, Alpha, Displacement, and Emissive. Achieve consistent and high-quality results across all your texture maps.

User-Friendly UI: With an intuitive interface, the Texture Baker add-on integrates smoothly into Blender, providing easy access to the baking functions. Enjoy a hassle-free experience with clear options and settings that cater to your specific needs.

Customizable Output: Choose your preferred file format and naming conventions, including the option to customize UDIM suffixes with underscores or dots. Tailor the output to fit seamlessly into your existing workflow using the config textfile in the add-on .zip.

Supported platforms: Linux, Mac, Windows

Supported fileformats: exr, jpg, tif, png (currently)

Supported udims: 1001-1009 (currently)

Resolutions: 2k and 4k (currently)

Fyi:

(remember to reboot blender after install of the addon)

(use the regular Cycles render samples to adjust the bake samples as needed)

Bonus conveniences:

If you have a bump map or displacement map assigned to your object, and lower the strength on the bump/displacement node, that value will then be applied to the baked bump/displacement map.

It automatically detects if you are using a bump or normal map in your shader, and saves out the texture with proper naming.

Happy texturing!
