Pentagram


The pentagram, often referred to as a pentacle when enclosed within a circle, is a geometric symbol that holds significant cultural, spiritual, and mystical importance across various civilizations and belief systems. With its five-pointed star inscribed within a continuous line, the pentagram's origins can be traced back to ancient times, where it played roles ranging from mathematical and astronomical symbolism to religious and mystical representation.Throughout history, the pentagram has been associated with a myriad of meanings, adapting to the beliefs andpractices of different cultures. Its significance has extended into diverse fields, including mathematics,mysticism, alchemy, and even modern occultism. The Blender file includes two nodes:



- The first node facilitates the creation of various pentagram styles according to the "radius of the inner part





- The second node enables the incorporation of dynamics in the manner by which the pentagram is drawn on the screen.




• P1, P2, P3, P4 and P5 are the coordinates of the star pentagon (there are default values).

• radii is the thickness of the edges

• show_mesh (boolean) : mesh or curve as output geometry

• Frame : for the dynamic

• Resolution : number of points per edges

• Style : there are 4 different styles of appearance


• V1, V2, V3, V4 and V5 are the coordinates of the intersecting edges.



How to install this ? :

Just put the blend file into a directory and connect it through the preferences : Edit/preference/File Paths and click on "add Asset Library"
