Low/mid poly model, quads and a few tris only (no ngons). Optimal for both high-end visualization and games or real-time engines (UE assets provided).

There are 13 unique objects (in & out blinds, glass, partitions, facade, fittings, frames, railings, lawn, road, sidewalk). The model is developed in a detail-based object arrangement, so you can easily decrease the poly-count deleting non-essential objects.

The meshes have 28,094 polygons and 39,207 vertices overall. Real world scale for the scene, units: meters (bounding box of building: 75.8m x 19.3m x 25.2m).

The full scene (environment, exposure, gamma, cameras, lights, materials, textures, renderer) is configured and ready to render in a physically correct linear space.

20 PBR materials and 53 texture maps, PNG format, with 1K to 4K resolution (1024x1024px to 4096x4096px), all of them meaningfully named.

Unwrapped UVs for all objects, overlapping UVS in UV channel 1 (for common textures), Non-overlapping in UV channel 2 (for lightmap baking etc)

No plugins needed to open de files. The HDR images used for lighting the scenes are not included.

USAGE

For Unreal Engine, download and place the unzipped CSTP directory inside the Content folder of your destination project. For packages other than Unreal, download the textures and the file format you need and put them together in the same folder before usage.
