Muscle Anatomy Visualized | Ecorche

by Alexander Lashko in Models

This Ecorche 3D Model has a unique approach to learning Human Muscle Anatomy. The “Shrunken Muscle View” and the “Color-coded Texture” make it easy to identify muscle connection points.

It is perfect reference for anyone who wants to study the structure of the human body. The model includes the skeleton and all the major muscles. Every bone and muscle are separate objects, so they can be isolated, hidden or removed.

The Ecorche 3D Model is native to Blender (open-source software), but compatible with other software such as Maya, 3dsMax or Cinema 4D via FBX format. The “Shrunken Muscle View” is based on shape keys (aka blendshapes or morph targets) and can be activated by scrubbing through the timeline inside the software.
