PBR Police Assets

This asset pack revolves around three main elements: a fully detailed police station with interiors, a handgun with its magazine and bullet, and a SUV patrol vehicle (in 2 variants). In addition to these core assets, the pack includes a wide range of secondary elements, such as furniture and props, allowing you to create and customize your own police station setups. All assets are mid-poly, come with PBR textures, and have properly unwrapped UVs.

Police Station 01: Fully Detailed Interiors

The main component of this add-on is the police station, which includes a fully detailed interior with computers, desks, and other furnishings. It features various sections such as an evidence room, gun storage, holding cells, a garage, a reception area, restrooms, locker rooms, interrogation rooms, identification rooms, administrative offices, a dining area, and more. Each area is carefully equipped, and office ceilings come with fire sprinklers, surveillance cameras, smoke detectors, lighting fixtures, and ventilation ducts. Doors can be opened and closed from the program's interface, allowing for immersive walkthroughs.

Cop Cars: With Animated Lights and Livery Selector

This pack includes two versions of a police SUV: a patrol vehicle and an undercover SUV. Both vehicles have animated emergency lights that can be controlled from the user interface, as well as functional headlights and spotlights. The patrol vehicle also features customizable liveries that can be changed via the graphical interface. Both models have a high level of exterior detail, all with properly mapped UVs.

HandGun01: Detailed semi-automatic pistol

This asset pack includes a semi-automatic 9mm police pistol, complete with a magazine and a 9mm bullet. It is designed with a high level of detail to achieve maximum realism while maintaining low polygon count. The materials are baked with PBR textures to enhance visual quality.

Blender Asset Browser Ready

All models are ready to be imported directly into scenes from the Blender Asset Browser. The furniture and materials for the police station are provided separately, allowing users to create their own customized police station setups.

Fully Integrated with the Urbaniac! Launcher

UI Control:

You can control various aspects of your models directly from the Launch Panel. Toggle the lights on and off, open and close each door of the police station, or select different paint jobs for the patrol vehicles.

VFX Control:

You will be able to add special effects like snow, wet surfaces, and animated raindrops on all the exterior surfaces of the "Urbaniac!" libraries, all changing simultaneously and in real-time, both in Cycles and EEVEE. The best part? You can easily add these special effects to your materials!
