(material can and must be chosen in the modifier properties)
(UVMap attribute is used as the coordinate system! You must use the attribute node for this!)
this adds the ability to have procedural unwrapping and material assignments along with the mesh gizmos!

Blender's primitives have a big problem! You add them into your scene and.... you lose control. Instantly. No going back. Fixed settings. You're stuck.
Well no more! Better Primitives are fully non-destructive.

Compatible With Other Modifiers
Feel free to add additional modifiers to the stack and go back and edit the primitive 🙂This is a completely non-destructive workflow - similar to Houdini.
How to Use
That's literally it.
All this is accessible right from the add menu (Shift + A). Change settings at any time! Gizmos have been added (this is a new Blender 4.3 feature) for easy control. No need to dive into the settings (although you can if you want).
